The area brings together the Data Science, Data Visualization and Data Engineering teams. The role has a cross-functional scope: it focuses on designing, developing and industrializing AI and Generative AI solutions for the Group's main business areas and strategic projects, such as content production, supply chain and customer experience.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with solid cloud experience, eager to manage projects end-to-end and to coordinate external development teams, working across IT and business functions on complex enterprise programs.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign, develop and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions across the Group's main business areas, such as content production (computer vision), supply chain and customer experience.\nManage data science projects end-to-end, from business requirements and prototyping to production, ensuring alignment with enterprise platform standards.\nCoordinate external development teams, overseeing code quality, timelines and deliverables.\nPlan and monitor project activities, providing regular reporting on progress, risks and results to IT and business stakeholders.\nCollaborate with the Data Engineering and Data Visualization teams, other IT functions and business stakeholders, managing dependencies across cross-functional programs.\nBuild and maintain scalable data and ML pipelines on cloud platforms, monitoring model performance and contributing to ML Ops best practices and reusable frameworks.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nMaster’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and AI across different business domains, gained in industry or consulting, with machine learning models brought to production.\nAdvanced proficiency in Python and PySpark, solid knowledge of SQL; experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG) and computer vision is a plus.\nStrong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and Databricks or equivalent tools (MLflow, Feature Store, Model Serving); familiarity with ML Ops practices.\nExperience in project management and in coordinating external suppliers, ideally with Agile methodologies; previous experience in Fashion & Luxury is a plus.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business language; fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.\nPay Range: 35.000 - 43.000 Euro Gross Annual\n#LI-LS1\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
