Working closely with Supply Chain, Merchandising and local teams, the role will improve replenishment strategies, inventory efficiency and distribution processes to maximize product availability and minimize lost sales.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nManage and continuously improve replenishment and distribution processes from central warehouses to local warehouses and stores.\nAnalyze product availability, stock levels and sales trends to optimize inventory flows, stock coverage and service levels.\nDefine and implement replenishment and distribution strategies to achieve sales, service and inventory targets.\nCoordinate stock rebalancing, assortment changes and Store-to-Store activities with Merchandising, Buying, local planning and regional teams.\nDevelop and improve reporting tools and dashboards, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize inventory management and distribution.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.\n1-2 years of previous experience in the same or a similar role within supply chain (a plus if in fashion industry).\nGood knowledge of inventory, replenishment principles and retail distribution processes.\nExperience working in a high-volume, multi-location distribution environment.\nExperience with Business Intelligence and data analysis tools (knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and/or Power Apps is a plus).\nStrong knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and database applications.\nRAL 38.000 - 40.000 K\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
