The role oversees preventive maintenance, repair projects, vendor management, and facilities operations while collaborating closely with local stakeholders and the Global Facilities team in Italy Headquarters.\nThis role plays an important part in maintaining the premium environment and exceptional client experience expected across PRADA Group brands.\nResponsibilities\nManage facilities and maintenance operations for PRADA Group retail stores (PRADA, Miu Miu, Church's, and Versace), offices, and warehouses.\nCoordinate facility management for free-standing stores (flagship), including complex building systems and infrastructure projects, in collaboration with contractors and service providers.\nCoordinate and manage preventive maintenance and repairs for stores and offices.\nCoordinate cleaning and maintenance services for stores, offices, and warehouses.\nDevelop and manage medium- to long-term maintenance and repair plans.\nManage facility-related projects, including store modifications, infrastructure improvements, and equipment replacement.\nManage relationships with contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.\nCommunicate and collaborate regularly with the Global Facility team in Italy in English.\nHandle purchase orders (POs), invoice verification, and payment processing.\nPrepare, monitor, and manage the annual facilities maintenance budget and related expenditures.\nRequirements\nExperience in facilities management, building maintenance, or property management.\nWorking knowledge of building systems(HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection).\nExperience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance service providers.\nStrong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects and respond effectively to operational issues.\nBusiness-level Japanese and English communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nExperience supporting retail facilities and managing facilities-related projects is preferred.\nWillingness to travel to retail stores throughout Japan.\nEmployment Type: Permanent Full-time\nWorking Hours: Standard office hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flextime available)\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
