You will work side by side with experienced professionals in an international and dynamic environment.\nYou will have the opportunity to collaborate with different HR functions and stakeholders, gain exposure to HR systems and data, and contribute to initiatives aimed at simplifying processes, strengthening governance and enhancing the employee experience.\nRESPONSABILITIES\nSupport the update and maintenance of employee data in HR systems (you will find the best in class: SAP SuccessFactors).\nSupport the maintenance and monitoring of organizational structures, positions and related data in HR systems, ensuring consistency between organizational changes and system records.\nSupport the monitoring of HR Service Center activities and requests, helping ensure data accuracy and the timely handling of operational activities.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to collect information, clarify requirements and support the effective implementation of organizational and employee changes.\nAssist in documenting processes and creating user guides and training materials for internal teams.\nContribute to projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.\nStrong analytical skills and an interest in organizational structures, HR processes and data management.\nDigital mindset, attention to detail and a continuous improvement attitude.\nFamiliarity with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.\nFluency in both Italian and English\nDuration: 6-month internship\n#LI-LS1\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
