The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE\nThe candidate will support the Image Events team in the planning, coordination and execution of events and special projects, contributing to initiatives that enhance the Group’s brand image worldwide.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupporting the day-to-day organization and coordination of events and brand activations.\nAssisting with administrative activities related to event management, including POs, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management.\nSupporting the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation.\nAssisting in the coordination of agencies, suppliers and external partners.\nSupporting guest management and event logistics when required.\nCoordinating translations and managing internal documentation and graphic archives.\nMaintaining and updating team tools, including event calendars, budget trackers and project files.\nAssisting in the organization of meetings and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.\nExcellent knowledge of English.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProactive attitude and willingness to learn.\nAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
