You will build pipelines, coach hiring managers, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences that keep our boutiques and outlets staffed with people who embody Prada’s standards of excellence.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSource, screen, and interview candidates at all levels for Southeast retail and outlet roles; make hiring recommendations.\nBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline through internal systems, external platforms, networking, and targeted hiring events in key Southeast markets.\nPartner closely with store leaders and HR business partners to refine job descriptions, clarify role expectations, and ensure seamless onboarding.\nCoach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and elevate their recruiting effectiveness.\nDevelop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to business needs, budget, and the unique dynamics of outlet and full-price retail environments.\nTrack and analyze open-to-hire metrics; define and report key recruitment KPIs.\nCultivate strong, ongoing relationships with candidates and external talent partners.\nQualifications / Requirements\n5+ years of full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition experience; luxury retail or outlet experience strongly preferred.\nProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-store environment while managing competing priorities.\nStrong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.\nWillingness to travel as needed.\nCompensation\nThe annual salary range for this position may vary from $120,000 - $130,000, and if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities.
