JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Operations Intern to provide support in the execution and monitoring of Group marketing communications and campaigns, contributing to efficient, consistent and data-driven marketing operations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Owner Marketing Automation and Operations to support employee and client newsletters delivery processes, support business stakeholder targeting needs, gather business requirements, maintain key documentation, and support the preparation of materials for stakeholder updates.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in digital product management and gain hands-on experience ina dynamic, customer-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working hands-on on segmentation logics and targeting flows for email marketing campaigns
- Support the the mapping and assessment of opportunities to expand into new communication channels
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the company’s marketing ecosystem
- Maintain and continuously update knowledge base documentation and materials
- Support the preparation of recurring status updates and alignment meetings with business stakeholders
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Master’s degree in a STEM-related field would be considered a plus.
Strong interest in digital product development and client-focused platforms.
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Canvas tools is a must.
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
