The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE \n\nWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Operations Intern to provide support in the execution and monitoring of Group marketing communications and campaigns, contributing to efficient, consistent and data-driven marketing operations.\nThe ideal candidate will work closely with the Product Owner Marketing Automation and Operations to support employee and client newsletters delivery processes, support business stakeholder targeting needs, gather business requirements, maintain key documentation, and support the preparation of materials for stakeholder updates.\nThis internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in digital product management and gain hands-on experience ina dynamic, customer-focused environment.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nWorking hands-on on segmentation logics and targeting flows for email marketing campaigns\nSupport the the mapping and assessment of opportunities to expand into new communication channels\nAssist in the development and continuous improvement of the company’s marketing ecosystem\nMaintain and continuously update knowledge base documentation and materials\nSupport the preparation of recurring status updates and alignment meetings with business stakeholders\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nMaster’s degree in a STEM-related field would be considered a plus.\nStrong interest in digital product development and client-focused platforms.\nProficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Canvas tools is a must.\nBasic understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.\nExcellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to collaborate within cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.\nGood proficiency in English (written and spoken).\n\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
