He / she collaborates in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for both the Department and the Store.\nResponsibilities\nIs aligned to the style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout the Sales and after-sales process.\nCollaborates with other colleagues, contributing to create a good atmosphere within the store and is focused on achieving the customer satisfaction.\n\nSale\nIs constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competitors.\nManages sales and optimizes each step of the sales process:Welcome and recognizes regular customers.\nUnderstands the customer’s needs, both expressed and hidden.\nPresents and values the product range.\nDescribes, recommends and highlights the benefits of the product proposition, according to the customer needs.\nChecks customer requests while the product is tried on and responds to any further requests.\nBoost cross selling and additional sales.\nEnsure customer loyalty and that all the data on the Customer Card are registered on the CRM.\nAccompanies the customer to the cash counter, prepares the packaging and, if necessary, manages the payment.\nThanks the customer, walks the customer to the exit, says goodbye and replaces the item sold (if on the display)\n\nAttends department and Store staff meetings.\n\nCustomer management and CRM\nKnows how to create and consult the customer’s profile.\nEnsures that the after-sale service is carried out with the same spirit as the sale, following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the Brand image.\nDeals with complaints, eventually with the manager’s support.\nTakes full advantage of all contacts with customers in the Store to promote both the Brand and the Product.\nConveys all information collected about customers to the management.\nFollow up customer requests.\nManages his / her customer’s portfolio through the Client Book and the follow-up actions (e.g.: recalling, emailing, etc.)\n\nProduct\nAttends all in-store product presentations (of all product categories)\nHas an in-depth knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product category and is always up-to-date on the whole Product range in the Store.\nForwards to Department Manager all the requests and feedback received from customers on the products.\nEnsures the correct management (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.) of the products in the section he / she is responsible for.\nVisual\nTakes care of product display in his / her department and points out any necessary correction to increase sales.\nStockroom\nKnows available products in stock in order to maximize sales.\nParticipates proactively in the year-end, sector and rotational stock take process by product category.\n Thefts / Losses\nKeeps the assigned position in order to prevent thefts, cooperating with his / her colleagues if he / she needs to leave it.\nCorrectly performs cycle counts and point out to his / her supervisor the possible discrepancies.\nPromptly informs his / her direct supervisor of any loss.\n#LI-AK1\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
