The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE \n\nAs Prada Client Advisor, you guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the Client above all, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador.\nYou convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada.\nYou are responsible for developing your client portfolio, achieving individual and team objectives, and delivering excellence across all touchpoints of the client journey.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nPlace the Client at the center of every interaction, delivering an exceptional luxury experience.\nAchieve individual sales and KPI targets while contributing to the success of the store.\nBuild and develop a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling activities.\nCapture and maintain accurate CRM information to support client development initiatives.\nDevelop and retain clients through appointments, follow-up activities and personalized outreach.\nIdentify opportunities to acquire new clients and VICs.\nDemonstrate excellent product knowledge, brand history, culture and DNA.\nPromote cross-category selling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and business performance.\nUtilize digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless luxury experience.\nSupport daily operational activities and work collaboratively with Front and Back of House teams.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.\nFoster open communication and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n\nPrevious experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills.\nPassion for luxury retail and client experience.\nCuriosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design\nAbility to develop long-lasting client relationships.\nCommercial mindset and results orientation.\nExcellent communication skills.\nFluency in English, other languages are desirable\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
