He/she is a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and applies this professionalism in promoting the brand image, in being an authority on the company product as well as in elevating the client experience and loyalty. Moreover, he/she collaborates in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for both the Department and the Store.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMeet or exceed monthly sales productivity as determined by Company expectations.\nDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all product and keep up-to-date on all product categories in Store.\nUphold policies, practices and procedures of general store activities and execute them in a timely manner in order to protect the client experience.\nManage sales and ensure all clients receive the highest degree of sophistication and superior service, in order to foster the development of loyal clients.\nDiscover the client’s needs through verbal and nonverbal communication in order to recommend available products and promote the full look of the brand.\nPromote and educate the client on brand identity and Prada DNA. \nEnsure loyalty by collecting client information utilizing the digital resources provided by the Company, with the expectation to meet all the relevant metrics and KPI’s.\nFollow up with clients through Company provided applications to conduct quality outreach and interactions.\nManage and utilize C-Sphere application to support and schedule client appointments to drive client loyalty.\nGuarantee client experience through post-sale service with the same spirit demonstrated during sale to ensure client satisfaction, alignment with company standards and brand image, in order to promote client loyalty.\nParticipate in department meetings, store meetings and all product presentations for all Product categories.\nParticipate in the inventory process, maintain and ensure that all products are displayed properly and accounted for.\nCollaborate with other colleagues and management in a professional manner to achieve business objectives.\nCommunicate any pertinent information gathered from client to Management.\nConstantly keep up-to-date regarding fashion trends; know and monitor competition.\nQualifications and Skills:\nStrong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities.\nStrong knowledge of the Fashion Industry and trends\nFlexibility in schedule and working hours.\nSuperior customer service skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAttention to detail\nBusiness awareness\nRelationship building and teamwork\nDependability\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
