You will be responsible for strategically planning, budgeting, and executing all retail events, while leading the market's Clienteling, and Client Journey strategies. This role bridges operational event management with data-driven client relationship strategies to elevate brand loyalty, maximize client retention, and drive retail turnover. The role is based in Munich.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and execute the regional clienteling strategy by aligning global CRM priorities with actionable market plans.\nBuild a client-first culture centred on high-value relationships and effective segmentation of prospects and clients.\nCreate an integrated roadmap combining CRM, events, one-to-one initiatives, and regional development pipelines with clear targets.\nGuide individual markets on bespoke client strategies, private appointments, and management of the VIC budget and loyalty program.\nManage end-to-end retail event production from concept to delivery while adapting global guidelines for local markets.\nOversee the regional events calendar to align with product launches, commercial goals, and key business opportunities.\nHandle vendor negotiations, location sourcing, and on-site live operations, visual setups, and troubleshooting.\nDirect the annual event budget, track finances, and measure effectiveness through engagement, sales impact, and client conversion.\nKnowledge and skills\n+ 5 years of experience in an Event Management and/or CRM role, ideally within the Luxury or High-End Fashion industry.\nStrong data literacy with the ability to turn CRM database statistics into actionable clienteling actions.\nExcellent project management capabilities, multitask-oriented, and highly detail-driven with an optimization mindset for budgets.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM databases is highly preferred.\nPassionate about luxury products, proactive, with excellent communication skills to deal confidently with internal retail teams, global executives, and VIC clients.\nFluency in English and German is required\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
