He/She is a business leader who is responsible to maximize the overall Store Performance. The General Manager is a recognized team leader who is responsible to coach and develop the entire store team, and to ensure succession plans and internal growth.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDrive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales objectives while ensuring operational integrity and by leading the team on executing superior client service and after sales experience to increase and retain client loyalty.\nDemonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through client engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of client service is provided.\nAnalyze monthly store performance, reporting current business trends to cover every aspect of the business, as well as competitor performance to ensure an increase in market share.\nIn partnership and with the guidance of their Retail Operations Manager, develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier.\nManage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling.\nBe an expert on the current collection knowledge and ensure that the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy by partnering with the appropriate internal departments.\nCommunicate company set KPI’s and identify strategies to ensure corporate performance standards are met.\nIdentify potential candidates, recruit, hire and retain a high performing team. Build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.\nPartner with their retail Operations and Regional Human Resources Manager on all employee relations issues to minimize negative impact and ensure effective and timely resolution.\nCollaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, while adhering to and enforcing all company policies and procedures.\nMaintain full organization of company assets per the back of house and front of house guidelines provided by headquarters.\nAdhere to all operational policies and procedures set forth by corporate / concession host store policy.\n\nUnderstand all aspects of the fashion and luxury market, to make impactful business decisions. Proactively follow current fashion trends and analyze key competitors’ performance and activities in the market.\nEnsure meaningful client experiences are delivered as well as external relationships through networking and knowledge of immediate market. \nLiaise with PR/Events/Marketing departments to promote brand awareness, and be an active member of the luxury community in order to cultivate relationship that can generate business.\nQualifications and Skills:\nPrevious retail management experience preferred\nAbility to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business\nProven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results\nIndustry awareness and strong business acumen\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills\nPassion for the Fashion Industry\nFlexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays\nStrong leadership and coaching skills\nStrong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capabilities\n\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
