The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJob Summary/Purpose:\nThe Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations within the store, aligning business priorities with General Manager/Store Director.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nMonitor all in-coming and out-going merchandise (in-transit/transfers of finished product, packaging and props). Oversee all aspects of messenger service, UPS, MALCA, involving shipments/transfers \nReview all expense reports & monitor P&L’s for store’s controllable costs\nWork with store leadership on new hire trainings\nMonitor key KPIs weekly: Cycle counts, system downloads, in-transit, special stock, negatives - all reports that relate to inventory levels\nCommunicate with Corporate office to ensure that all new hires have uniforms and that new season uniforms arrive in a timely manner and are promptly allocated per guideline; Monitor that terminated employees return uniforms prior to leaving the company, ensuring the end of season destruction of old uniforms\nEnsure that all transactions processed in-store are in order and in accordance with Corporate procedure\nEnsure Closing procedures are followed daily \nSupport tailor shop with supply orders, equipment issues and maintenance according to Corporate standards\nMonitor sensor application/procedures for display products \nEnsure proper floor presence and awareness\nTouch base with all support staff management and team to align on business priorities\nAuthorize schedules for all support staff, create support management schedules\nProcessing payroll for all support staff including authorization and allocation of OT\nPreparing/writing annual reviews for all support staff and support management\nDocumenting disciplinary actions and performance progress reports for all support staff and support management\nIn depth preparation in the months prior to inventory, with high focus\nWork closely with corporate office team to prepare inventory (Store Operations Area Manager, Loss Prevention)\nSpearhead full inventory process\nCoordinate inventory schedules\nReconcile all inventory results and submit to Corporate office\nLiaise with local store operations/loss prevention to keep track of developments (stock losses)\nOversee and schedule all weekly cycle counts\nCompile all cycle count results (monthly) and send to Corporate\nEnsure all Incident Reports (“IRs”) are completed and communicated to store management\nManage maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of stockrooms, common areas and front of house in accordance with company standards\nCommunicate any issues to Technical/Facilities Department (Request painters, electricians, fixtures from Italy etc.) and report everyday store maintenance issues\nSuccessfully execute all support-related direction as provided by the Corporate partners\nSupport Sales target/budget of store, aligning priorities to support the business with \nGeneral Manager/Store Director\nFacilitate execution of support-related requests from corporate partners\nMain point of contact for Store Operations function, ensuring implementation of all\ninitiatives in-store.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\nProfessional communication skills\nDigital Literacy/Computer Literacy Skills\nMicrosoft 365 Proficiency Skills\nProject Management Skills\nData Analytics Skills\nLeadership skills\nProblem-solving skills\nFlexible scheduling to needs of the business\nPhysical Requirements:\nLifting, pushing, pulling boxes without assistance\nMust be able to pack, unpack, and move stock when supporting back of house functions\nMust be able to work shift standing or walking\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
