The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE \n\nAs a Prada Senior Client Advisor, you lead by example in delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving strong commercial performance through advanced clienteling and relationship building.\nYou convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada.\nIn addition to achieving personal objectives, you act as a role model for the team, contributing to the development of colleagues, supporting store operations and helping ensure the consistent execution of Prada standards.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nLead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences, consistently demonstrating Prada's service standards, client journey, and luxury selling approach.\nDevelop and maintain a strong portfolio of loyal and VIC clients through proactive clienteling, appointment management, and personalized relationship building.\nDrive commercial performance by exceeding sales and KPI objectives while actively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.\nBuild, develop and retain a strong portfolio of loyal and VIC clients.\nLead by example in delivering exceptional client service and Prada clienteling standards.\nSupport onboarding and integration of new team members, mentoring colleagues.\nSupport store leadership with morning briefs and support team engagement activities.\nSupport store opening and closing procedures.\nAssist management with daily sales reporting and operational coordination.\nShare expertise on products, clienteling techniques and best practices.\nSupport achievement of department and store objectives.\nAct as a key reference point for colleagues on the sales floor.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n\nSignificant experience within luxury retail.\nPassion for the luxury/fashion industry, art and design\nProven record of achieving sales and clienteling objectives.\nStrong VIC portfolio and client development capabilities.\nAbility to coach and influence peers.\nExcellent Prada product and category knowledge.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nLeadership potential and role model behaviors.\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
