You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and team target, acting as proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs for both in store and on ecommerce channel.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nEnsure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines\nDay-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiency\nPrepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines\nPrepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levels\nPrepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment ...), products under repair\nOrganizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems\nOrganizes the Display objects system\nParticipate in the correct management of Uniforms flow\nParticipate in the correct management of correct flow of Gifts flow\nCorrect protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments\nEnsure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced\nSupport in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives\nManage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system\nParticipate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing\nSupport the management of the warehouse activities related to sales\nEnsure security and cleanliness of the warehouse\nSupport the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager)\nSupport Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need\nMaintain contacts and relationships with the providers used\nKeep updates and organizes the archive monthly basis\nComply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n\nSimilar experience within a luxury or premium brand\nUnderstanding of luxury customer service\nExperience in building a long-lasting relationship with clients\nBeing able to work in a team as well as alone\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nFluency in English\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
