He/She analyses performances, client service level and sales results on a daily basis\nRESPONSABILITIES\nREPORTING:\nAnalysis of SLA and KPIs WW performances on daily, weekly and monthly base\nAnalysis and reporting of multichannel sales\nSupport on reconciliation of data and reports from different systems to improve database quality and to optimize the analysis\nPROCESSES:\nClient Service processes mapping and optimization\nProcedures and features test release\nCompetitive benchmarking for strategic Customer Service decisions\nOTHER:\nSupport IT in implementing and kicking off WW Client Service \nTesting new systems and programs and find out if there are any issue or improvement that can be made\nSYSTEMS:\nClient Service platforms\nOrder Management System\nOffice Suite proficiency (mostly EXCEL and PPT)\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nGood organizational and time management skills\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills\nCreative problem solver\nGood analytical skills\nData-driven approach\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills both for English and Italian\n#LI-PG1\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
