The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE\nWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Repair Laboratory & Quality Control Assistant Manager .\nThis role is essential to ensuring the smooth handling and quality assurance of pre-sale items across our retail and repair operations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES \nManage the receipt and dispatch of pre-sale items between warehouse and retail locations\nAssess repairability and quality of pre-sale items to determine next steps\nCoordinate with external repair partners regarding item status and service timelines\nMaintain and optimize spare parts inventory to support repair workflows\nLead and improve quality control (QC) processes within the lab environment. \nMonitor parts inventory to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity\nAct as a key liaison with retail stores to ensure transparency and efficiency in item handling\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS \nExperience in repair operations, quality control, or logistics management\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple workflows and prioritize urgent tasks\nFamiliarity with inventory systems and repair tracking tools\nFluency in Japanese and English preferred\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
