The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nBUYING PROCESS\nParticipate in the master selection process at HQ.\nReview the buying budget for the China market; manage range breadth, depth and the merchandising mix to ensure alignment with the brand’s fashion direction while optimizing commercial performance.\nAnalyze, discuss and provide comments by market with HQ Merchandising & Planning in case of budget deviations.\nConsolidate local market orders and present them to HQ Merchandising.\nIN-SEASON PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT\nAnalyze sales performance and oversee stock management across the China market to ensure timely and effective replenishment.\nMonitor sell-through and consolidate market reorder requests as needed.\nMaintain frequent communication with local merchandising teams and HQ on sales and sell-through performance to ensure achievement of targets and objectives.\nManage in-season stock transfers within the China market to maximize sell-through.\nConduct regular store visits to provide on-site feedback and drive commercial performance.\nPRODUCT KNOWLEDGE\nLiaise with HQ on the development of seasonal product training materials to be rolled out across the market.\nEnsure effective product training and workshops are delivered locally to store sales teams.\nSupport and coordinate local training initiatives, including physical participation where required.\nVISUAL MERCHANDISING\nCollaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to review visual execution from both brand image and commercial perspectives.\nDevelop new or market-specific VM guidelines in coordination with HQ Merchandising and VM.\nTogether with the regional VM team, review store photography to ensure consistent application of guidelines and protection of brand image.\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
