You will build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.\nBusiness & Client Management\nPartner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets \nStrive to always increase brand and product knowledge\nMaster selling skills to satisfy customer needs\nTake action to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories\nEmbrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff \nBuild strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication\nEnsure superlative customer service standards, to meet customer expectations\nAct as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele\nDeliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty\nDrive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service \nCRM activities\nCapture customer data all the time\nProactively take possible actions to maintain a long-term relationship with customers\nParticipate in the organization of In-store and Promotional events\nImplement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients \n Operations\nEnsure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.)\nRemain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures\nEnsure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-up\nYOU’LL NEED TO HAVE\nmore than 5 years’ experience in retail - luxury experience preferred\nCreative skills and “eye for fashion”, attention to detail\nWE’D LOVE TO SEE\nHigh level of knowing trends\nAn entrepreneur with the ability to drive results \nWell connected with a strong ability to engage\nElevated customer service skills; a true fashion expert with a passion for sales \nA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking\nStrong relationships skills and ability to maintain long-term with clients and community and understands the needs and changes of the market\nAbility to work in a team\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
