The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE\nThe CRM Intern will support the Regional CRM team in the development, implementation and monitoring of CRM and clienteling initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement, loyalty and spend among existing and prospective Prada clients.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the development and implementation of CRM and clienteling initiatives based on business needs, including the preparation of client target lists, tools and resources designed to drive client interactions, store appointments, revenue and long-term loyalty.\nAnalyse CRM data and client behavior to identify relevant insights and opportunities, supporting the development of commercial actions for specific client segments.\nSupport stores in the implementation of the clienteling strategy and CRM best practices, including the preparation of presentations, guidelines and training materials focused on client development initiatives.\nMonitor CRM KPIs, program adoption, data quality and client contactability, preparing regular reports and follow-ups for the Regional CRM team and stores.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS \nBachelor or Master’s Degree\nExcellent attention to detail\nExcellent computer skills, especially in the use of Excel\nExcellent ability to read and analyse documentation\nConfidentiality, accuracy and organisational skills\n#LI-MT1\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
