As a Facility Specialist, you will oversee the maintenance activity regarding Prada Group stores or premises in Central Europe (DE, AT, CZ) in close collaboration with the Head Quarter in Tuscany. As one of the global leaders in the fashion industry, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our esteemed clientele.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOversee routine inspections, cleaning, and technical maintenance across Central European stores, ensuring all premises meet company quality standards and health & safety (H&S) protocols.\n\nMonitor daily operational spending against the operating expense (OPEX) budget provided by HQ, using Excel to track costs and manage overall facility expenditures.\n\nManage outsourced contractors and technical specialists, ensuring external services, repairs, and projects comply with quality requirements and deadlines.\n\nDraft and manage tenders and support the selection of outsourced suppliers for cleaning, repairs, and store materials according to purchasing guidelines.\n\nWork closely with Store Managers and Head Office stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and facility upkeep.\n\nSchedule and supervise store restyling projects and technical upgrades in alignment with business goals.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for building and system emergencies, providing hands-on assistance to store staff as issues arise.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n3+ years of experience as Facility Specialist in a fast-paced environment\nPreferable experience gained from a retail organization\nVery good technical skills regarding maintenance of mechanical or electrical/electronic equipment and machinery\nOrganizational attitude, good management of suppliers as well as good time management and multitasking skills\nProfessional-level knowledge of Excel\nCommunication skills, reliable, independent and systematic way of working.\nWillingness to travel.\nFluent in German and English\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
