They will be responsible for managing the bi-weekly payroll process accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state U.S. and Canada employees including processing, terminations, garnishments, leaves of absence, taxes, and W-2s with the ADP Comprehensive Services team\nResolves payroll discrepancies in a timely manner by collecting and analyzing information.\nPrepare bi-weekly payroll posting files, support Finance department to reconcile payroll accounts, and provide payroll data as needed for financial accounting close\nSupport external audits (401k audit, worker’s compensation audit, internal audit)\nCollaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners including but not limited to benefits, human resource business partners, and finance\nAdvise employees on payroll matters by answering questions and providing payroll information to new hires\nPrepare payroll calendars for US and Canada entities\nMonitor legal and procedural changes and update processes as appropriate\nRegularly review and update payroll processes and procedures as needed to increase accuracy and efficiency and reducing manual data entry where possible\nMaintain compliance by ensuring accuracy of W-2s and T4s\nPartner with the benefits team on accurate leave of absence pay and periodic projects such as open enrollment\nPartner with managers and HR Business Partners in regards to entering new hire pay, transfers and any questions related to changes submitted.\nConduct audits of HRIS periodically to ensure data integrity\nAbility to analyze workflow process gaps and suggest and implement improvements\nPerform monthly, quarterly and annual calculations and payment of commissions and bonuses according to the plans\nPerform other related functions and complete ad hoc projects\nQualifications/Requirements: \nBachelor’s Degree\nMinimum 7+ years related work experience and 5 years of Managerial experience\nExperience with ADP required; SAP / Success Factor systems preferred\nStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with an emphasis on data integrity and accuracy\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\nCertified payroll professional preferred\nCompensation\nThe annual salary range for this position may vary from $120,000 - $140,000 and if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities.
