The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE\n\nThe CRM Manager contributes to the boutique’s business performance and client-centric culture by driving client engagement strategies, elevating clienteling excellence across the team, and developing a high-value and loyal client portfolio in partnership with Boutique Management.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nBusiness & Client Development\nPartner with the Store Director and Regional CRM to drive client acquisition, retention, and sales performance through strategic CRM initiatives.\nAnalyse client data to identify opportunities and implement targeted client engagement actions.\nFoster a strong clienteling and appointment culture, supporting high-value client interactions and personalized experiences.\nExecute CRM activations, in-store events, and client engagement initiatives in line with brand standards.\nBuild and maintain relationships with local luxury partners and key lifestyle networks.\nTeam Management, Leadership & Training\nPromote a strong CRM mindset across the boutique, translating business goals into client engagement actions.\nCoach and support the team to elevate clienteling, selling skills, and luxury service standards.\nLead onboarding and continuous training on CRM tools, best practices, and client engagement strategies.\nInspire the team through regular briefings, CRM animations, and performance follow-up.\nOperations\nSupport the boutique in all CRM-related activities, ensuring effective follow-up on appointments and client actions.\nAssist with VIC client requests and ensure seamless coordination of client needs and experiences.\nMonitor CRM activities and provide feedback and insights to key stakeholders.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n\n3 - 5 years of experience in Fashion Retail\nA strong understanding of the Versace culture and its appeal to the local market\nNetworking capability and a strong orientation in network development\nHigh level of interpersonal skills, empathetic, with the ability to engage and persuade\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, high listening competencies\nStrong organizational profile\nFluency in English\nA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment\nA commitment to take part in an innovative project\nWell connected with a strong ability to engage\nLeadership and ability to motivate others\nRAL: 40.000 - 50.000\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
