The position is aimed at individuals seeking to learn about the complexities of environmental responsibility and compliance in a corporate setting, offering a realistic perspective on the challenges and responsibilities in this field.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nEngaging in research and analysis of new regulations to understand the landscape of compliance constraints in product import and commercialization.\nAssisting in the management of compliance for raw materials and finished products, under the guidance of experienced team members.\nSupporting the oversight of external analysis laboratories, helping in the evaluation of reports and management of testing samples.\nContributing to the supervision of periodic compliance checks and monitoring of the supply chain.\nParticipating in team meetings and learning sessions to broaden your understanding of the industry and our company's practices.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nCurrent enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Management engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a similar field.\nInterest in learning about product compliance and sustainability in the Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, Accessories, or Home Collection sectors.\nBasic understanding and interest in product development processes.\nEagerness to develop skills in stakeholder relationship management.\nAttention to detail, reliability and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.\nFlexibility and a collaborative spirit, with an openness to receiving feedback and learning from experienced professionals.\nGood command of the English language, both spoken and written.\nVery good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.\n\n#LI-DG1\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
