The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.\nJOB PURPOSE\nWe are looking for a highly motivated Miu Miu Product Training Intern, with a strong passion for Fashion and the Luxury industry, to support the Brand & Product Training team in the development and deployment of retail training projects.\nReporting to the Miu Miu Product Training Manager, the Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Product Training, contributing to the creation of training materials and supporting the delivery of training activities for Miu Miu retail teams at WW level.\nRESPONSIBILITIES \nSupport the development and update of offline training materials (PPT-based) focused on Miu Miu collections and products, across different categories and seasonal/fundamental topics.\nSupport the creation of training materials focused on specific products and business priorities.\nContribute to the development of online and interactive training content for the Digital Retail Training app (MyMiuSpace).\nSupport the development and coordination of videos and other digital content focused on Miu Miu collections and products.\nSupport the end-to-end management of training tools, including production, translation, upload, communication and tracking of deployment.\nContribute ideas to improve and innovate existing training tools and formats.\nTraining Delivery\nSupport the preparation and organization of classroom and in-store training sessions, both in-person and virtual.\nAssist in the preparation of materials and activities for Train the Trainers sessions addressed to the Regional Training Community.\nSupport the team in coordinating training activities and collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nMaster’s Degree Student or Recent Graduate preferably in Fashion, Luxury Management, or related fields.\nStrong interest in Fashion, Luxury and Retail.\nInterest in training, learning and content development.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint;\nGood knowledge of Adobe, Canva or other creative tools.\nInterest in digital learning platforms and training tools.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.\nCreative mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.\nOrganized, proactive and able to manage multiple activities with a hands-on approach.\nFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.\nJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
