Experience

Understanding of programming concepts (e.g., MVC frameworks).
Independent learning and work on your initiative.
Problem-solving capability and innovative thinking.
Good organization skills and attention to detail.
Contribute and communicate ideas effectively.
PHP development experience using frameworks such as Laravel, React, etc.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
JavaScript, jQuery, and exposure with ideally one or more of the following - React / Next / Angular /

Vue.

Experience working with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).
Experience working with APIs.
Working with databases, particularly MySQL.
Version control, preferably Git.
2+ years minimum experience with WordPress
Responsive & mobile-first development experience
Cross-browser/device testing
GitHub workflow management
Modern build environment experience
Knowledge and exposure to web accessibility guidelines
Understanding of domains & hosting environments, typically Plesk & Linux
Page Speed optimization-focused builds
Understanding of SEO
