The initial team is intentionally lean: a Department Head, this DevOps Engineer role, and a Business Analyst, with a Developer to join later. That means real ownership and visibility from day one, but also fewer layers to lean on - you'll be expected to make calls independently and help shape how the team works as it grows.\n This is a hybrid DevOps Engineer / Developer role within Pragma's newly formed Innovation Hub. For at least the first year, the successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time hands-on with development, building and supporting internal tools alongside the Business Analyst and Department Head, while also owning the DevOps function: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and production support.
