You will collaborate withclients, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure high availability,accuracy, and compliance of integration flows and product information.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSterlingB2B Integration Support\nMonitor, support, and maintain IBM Sterling B2BIntegrator (SI) environments including maps, business processes (BPs), andtrading partner configurations\n\nTroubleshoot EDI transaction failures (X12, EDIFACT,XML, JSON) and provide timely root cause analysis and resolution\n\nManage onboarding and offboarding of trading partnersincluding AS2, SFTP, FTPS, and VAN connectivity setup\n\nDevelop and modify Sterling maps using Sterling MapEditor and manage translation services for EDI document sets (850, 810, 856,940, 945, 997, etc.)\n\nMaintain and optimize Business Process (BPML) workflowswithin Sterling SI for automated exception handling and retry logic\n\nWork with Sterling File Gateway (SFG) for securemanaged file transfers and partner routing configurations\n\nPerform scheduled health checks, log analysis, andperformance tuning of Sterling environments\n\nCollaborate with middleware, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and WMSteams for seamless end-to-end transaction flows\n\nProductContent Management (PCM)\nSupport and administer PCM platforms (e.g., IBMSterling Product Information Management, Akeneo, Salsify, or equivalent) tomanage product master data\n\nEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency ofproduct attributes, hierarchies, and digital assets across all channels\n\nDevelop and maintain data import/export pipelinesbetween PCM and downstream systems such as ERP, eCommerce, and retailer portals\n\nCollaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supplychain teams to gather product data requirements and enforce data governancestandards\n\nConfigure syndication workflows to distribute productcontent to trading partners and retail channels (1WorldSync, Syndigo, etc.)\n\nPerform data quality audits and work with data stewardsto remediate catalog discrepancies\n\nIntegrationArchitecture & Collaboration\nParticipate in design reviews for new integrationsolutions, ensuring best contribute to knowledgebase articles and training material\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nTechnicalSkills\n3–8 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2BIntegrator (v5.x / v6.x)\n\nStrong proficiency in EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT,and XML/JSON-based B2B transactions\n\nExperience with Sterling Map Editor, BPML scripting,and Sterling File Gateway (SFG)\n\nKnowledge of communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTPS,HTTP/S, VAN, and REST/SOAP APIs\n\nHands-on experience with at least one PCM/PIM platform(IBM Sterling PIM, Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver, or similar)\n\nUnderstanding of product
