Your journey starts here.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs a DevOps Engineer, you'llplay a key role in designing, automating, and operating the infrastructure that powers highly available, large-scale production systems. You'll work withcloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and observability platforms to ensure our services remain reliable, secure, and scalable. Collaborating closely with Software Engineers and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape infrastructure architecture, improve deployment processes, and drive operational excellence across the platform. If you're passionate about automation, cloud-native technologies, and solving complex infrastructure challenges at scale, we'd love to hear from you.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and best practices.\nBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.\nImprove platform reliability, scalability, availability, and overall system performance.\nDevelop and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure proactive incident detection.\nWork closely with Software Engineers to improve platform reliability, security, performance, and deployment workflows.\nOwn infrastructure solutions from design through production and contribute to the long-term platform architecture.\nRespond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.\nSupport Customer Support teams by providing deep technical expertise during complex production issues.\nContinuously identify opportunities to automate manual operational processes and improve engineering efficiency.\nWHAT WE ASK OF YOU\nHands-on experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting in production environments.\nProduction experience with AWS (required). Experience with other cloud platforms is a plus.\nStrong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools, specifically Terraform and Ansible.\nHands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes,Helm, and Amazon EKS.\nHands-on production experience with HashiCorp Vault.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins.\nHands-on experience withGit and GitLab.\nSolid scripting skills using Bash and Python.
