by exploring and implementing new technologies or practices that can improve performance and scalability.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n15+ years of experience in backend software development, with at least 8+ years in a leadership or managerial role.\nStrong experience with backend technologies and frameworks (e. g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go, Ruby, etc. ).\nProven experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.\nSolid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nStrong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc. ) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc. ).\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in backend programming languages and frameworks (e. g., Spring Boot, Django, Flask, etc. ).\nDeep understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and web service design.\nKnowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, and debugging techniques.\nExperience with cloud technologies and services (AWS Lambda, EC2 RDS, S3 etc. ).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab, etc. ).\nLeadership and Soft Skills:\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
