Working closely with product and marketing teams, you'll use data, experimentation, and market insights to identify opportunities for sustainable organic growth.\nThis role is ideal for someone with hands-on App Store Optimization experience, strong analytical skills, and a genuine understanding of mobile user acquisition.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and organic downloads.\n\nConduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve app store rankings.\n\nOptimize app titles, descriptions, subtitles, keywords, and other store metadata.\n\nAnalyze competitor positioning, keyword strategies, and market trends.\n\nMonitor app store performance, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and organic acquisition metrics.\n\nPlan and execute experiments to improve app store listing performance.\n\nCollaborate with design and marketing teams on screenshots, preview videos, and other store listing assets.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve app store conversion and user acquisition across different markets.\n\nMonitor ASO trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.\n\nPrepare performance reports and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in App Store Optimization or mobile organic acquisition.\n\nStrong understanding of app store ranking factors, keyword research, and metadata optimization.\n\nExperience optimizing mobile app listings and improving organic visibility and downloads.\n\nFamiliarity with app store analytics and performance monitoring.\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.\n\nUnderstanding of conversion rate optimization and experimentation.\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams.\n\nComfortable taking ownership of projects and executing initiatives independently.\n\nExcellent written English.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with both Apple App Store and Google Play.\n\nFamiliarity with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or MobileAction.\n\nExperience working with subscription-based mobile applications.\n\nKnowledge of app localization and international ASO strategies.\n\nExperience with app store listing experiments and creative optimization.\n\nBackground in consumer technology, AI, or mobile applications.\n\nWhy Join?\nThis is an opportunity to drive organic acquisition for an innovative AI consumer product used by millions of people worldwide.
