the company's day-to-day IT operations and ensure employees have the equipment, accounts, and technical resources they need to work efficiently.\nThis is a hands-on operational role focused on equipment preparation, device configuration, user account management, access permissions, and basic IT support.\nYou'll be responsible for managing practical IT needs across the organization, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring that internal systems and workplace tools are properly configured and accessible.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrepare, configure, and deploy laptops and other IT equipment for new employees.\n\nManage employee accounts, user settings, and access permissions across company systems and platforms.\n\nHandle IT onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access updates, and equipment collection.\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain software, applications, and workplace tools.\n\nProvide first-level technical support and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\n\nManage and maintain an inventory of company IT equipment and assigned devices.\n\nEnsure employees have the appropriate access to internal tools, systems, and resources.\n\nMaintain basic IT documentation, equipment records, and operational procedures.\n\nMonitor equipment needs and coordinate device replacements or upgrades when necessary.\n\nCoordinate with external IT providers when more advanced technical assistance is required.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious experience in IT administration, IT support, IT operations, or a similar role.\n\nGood understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and device configuration.\n\nExperience managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT administration across different platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with Windows and macOS environments.\n\nKnowledge of common workplace tools, SaaS applications, and account management systems.\n\nBasic troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network connectivity.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple IT requests and prioritize tasks independently.\n\nProactive, service-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.\n\nComfortable working remotely and collaborating with teams across different EMEA time zones.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.\n\nFamiliarity with device management solutions (MDM), such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.\n\nExperience with identity and access management (IAM) tools.\n\nFamiliarity with IT asset management and inventory systems.\n\nExperience supporting a remote or internationally distributed workforce.\n\nBasic knowledge of IT security,
