You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, and optimize the customer journey from first interaction through long-term engagement.\nYou'll play a key role in shaping product strategy while owning initiatives that directly impact business growth and user experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the product growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.\n\nDesign, prioritize, and execute experiments to improve key product and business metrics.\n\nPartner closely with engineering, design, marketing, data, and leadership to deliver growth initiatives.\n\nAnalyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization.\n\nDefine product requirements, success metrics, and rollout strategies for new features.\n\nImprove onboarding flows, subscription conversion, engagement loops, and user retention.\n\nWork alongside performance marketing teams to optimize acquisition funnels and post-install experiences.\n\nMonitor experiment results, iterate quickly, and scale successful initiatives.\n\nCommunicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes across cross-functional teams.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on growth or consumer products.\n\nExperience driving measurable improvements across acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to make product decisions based on data and experimentation.\n\nExperience defining and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments.\n\nDeep understanding of consumer product metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, engagement, LTV, and CAC.\n\nExperience collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.\n\nComfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.\n\nExperience using AI tools to improve product discovery, research, documentation, or decision-making.\n\nExcellent communication skills and fluent English.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with subscription-based mobile or consumer applications.\n\nBackground in AI, social, communication, or consumer technology products.\n\nExperience working alongside paid acquisition and performance marketing teams.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL, product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4), and experimentation frameworks.\n\nExperience launching products at global scale.\n\nStartup or high-growth technology company experience.\n\nWhy Join?\nThis is an opportunity to help shape the growth strategy of one of the world's most innovative AI consumer products.
