You'll work closely with leadership and marketing teams, taking ideas from concept to publication and helping turn audience engagement into measurable business growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage daily social media activities across platforms such as X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.\n\nDevelop and execute a social media content strategy and publishing calendar.\n\nCreate, film, edit, and publish engaging content, including short-form videos, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes material.\n\nRepresent the brand on camera and create authentic content that connects with its audience.\n\nManage online communities across platforms such as Discord and Reddit, engaging with users and supporting community moderators.\n\nMonitor community conversations, identify feedback and emerging trends, and share relevant insights with product and leadership teams.\n\nHandle public communications during sensitive situations, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.\n\nIdentify and collaborate with relevant creators and influencers to expand organic reach.\n\nSupport leadership's social media presence and develop content around company initiatives and product updates.\n\nTrack social media performance, engagement, audience growth, and conversion metrics to continuously improve results.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience managing and growing social media accounts for consumer-facing brands.\n\nDemonstrated experience across X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.\n\nA portfolio of content creation work, including videos where you appear on camera. This is a key requirement.\n\nStrong video production skills, including filming, editing, and publishing content independently.\n\nExperience managing online communities through platforms such as Discord, Reddit, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.\n\nAbility to develop social media strategy while remaining directly involved in execution.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nStrong communication skills and good judgment when representing a brand publicly.\n\nComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building a personal social media following.\n\nBackground in consumer subscription applications, AI, technology, relationships, or wellbeing.\n\nExperience working directly with founders or executives on their personal brand.\n\nExperience managing communities through significant product changes or periods of rapid growth.\n\nFamiliarity with TikTok and emerging social platforms.\n\nWhy Join?\nThis is an opportunity to shape the global social presence of an innovative AI consumer product with millions of users worldwide.
