The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tines SOAR, security operations, incident response, API integrations, and automation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation workflows (Tines Stories).\nBuild and enhance security playbooks for incident response and alert handling.\nDevelop integrations between Tines and SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, ITSM, and other security tools.\nImplement integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and OAuth.\nAutomate repetitive SOC and security operations to improve incident response efficiency.\nTroubleshoot, monitor, and optimize Tines automation workflows.\nCollaborate with SOC, Security, Infrastructure, and IT teams.\nSupport security automation use cases across enterprise environments.\nRequired Skills\n6+ years of IT/Security experience with strong hands-on experience in Tines SOAR.\nHands-on experience developing Tines Stories, Actions, Event Transformations, and API integrations.\nStrong understanding of SOC, Incident Response, Security Operations, and Security Automation.\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and OAuth.\nExperience with at least one SIEM:\nMicrosoft Sentinel\nSplunk\nIBM QRadar\nGoogle Chronicle\nExperience with at least one EDR/XDR:\nMicrosoft Defender\nCrowdStrike\nSentinelOne\nCortex XDR\nScripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.\nExperience with ServiceNow or Jira.\nWorking knowledge of Windows/Linux environments.\nGood understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.\nKnowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, or Okta.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working with Banking/BFSI clients.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Security Stack.\nUnderstanding of Threat Intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK.\nExposure to AWS or Azure
