We are looking for a freelance website developer and graphic designer to maintain and update our WordPress website, and to handle logo changes, marketing campaigns, merchandise, and other printed or branded materials. This is a pay-as-you-go engagement. You will log the hours you work, and Pramira will request work as needed. There is no fixed schedule. You will work remotely and independently.\n Key Responsibilities\nWordPress Website (Primary Focus)\nMake content, page, and layout updates on our WordPress website, including text, images, menus, and forms.\nBuild new pages and landing pages, and customize themes using child themes and page builders.\nInstall, configure, update, and troubleshoot plugins while keeping the site stable.\nKeep WordPress core, themes, and plugins up to date, and manage backups and security hygiene.\nMaintain contact forms, lead capture, and integrations with email or CRM tools.\nSupport basic SEO and performance work, including meta data, image optimization, and page speed.\nCheck site changes for responsive design and cross-browser behavior before publishing.\nHandle related hosting tasks as needed, such as DNS records, SSL certificates, and email routing.\nSet up and check analytics and search console tracking.\nWeb Graphics\nCreate and update graphics for the website, including hero banners, page sections, icons, and landing pages.\nPrepare and optimize web images (sizing, compression, file format) to keep pages fast.\nMarketing Materials\nDesign ad sets, email campaigns, display ads, and social media posts.\nCreate print collateral such as flyers, brochures, and one-pagers, plus e-book covers.\nDevelop visually engaging decks, infographics, and proposal templates.\nEdit and iterate on existing creative assets, including cropping, resizing, and adding text overlays.\nStitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital marketing campaigns.\nLogo and Brand\nUpdate and refresh our logo, including color, one-color, and reversed versions.\nMaintain brand standards across all outputs, and save and organize creative assets for team access.\nMarketing, Merchandise, and Vehicle Wraps\nPlan and execute marketing campaign materials with the team, from brief to final files.\nCreate merchandise artwork (shirts, caps, jackets, and promotional items) ready for production.\nDesign vehicle wraps and fleet graphics from measured templates, with correct dimensions, bleed, and safe zones.\nWork with print vendors on proofs, color matching, and file specifications.\n Must-Haves\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.\nWorking knowledge of themes, plugins, page builders, and the WordPress admin, including troubleshooting.\nExperience with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP or JavaScript for customizing WordPress.\nMinimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.\nPortfolio that includes live WordPress sites you have built or maintained, plus logo, print, or merchandise work.\nExperience preparing print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, vector outlines, resolution).\nAbility to work independently and respond to requests within agreed timeframes.\nAbility to log time accurately for invoicing.\nReliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.\nNice to Have\nExperience with WooCommerce, Elementor, Gravity Forms, or similar WordPress tools.\nExperience with SEO tools such as Yoast or Rank Math, and with Google Analytics and Search Console.\nExperience with cPanel or similar hosting, DNS, SSL, and email setup.\nExperience designing vehicle wraps or fleet graphics.\nExperience with Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.\nExperience with Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW.\nExperience with construction, telecom, or field-services brands.\nFamiliarity with Gmail, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.\nGrow Into\nBuilding and maintaining brand guidelines and templates for the team.\nManaging a shared creative asset library and website documentation as our digital output grows.\nPlease submit the following:.\nOnline
