Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide technical guidance for PW1900G/PW1500G Production/MRO network and airline customers.\n\nPerform system level event analysis for Production, MRO and fielded engines.\n\nActively monitor PW1900G/PW1500G Production, MRO and fielded engine performance including with a focus on the following areas: performance trending, statistical process control, limit exceedance and quality assurance dispositions, test cell correlation, effectivity of overhaul work scope via gas generator component analysis, deterioration modeling and trend shift diagnosis via gas generator component analysis.\n\nEnsure safe field operation of reliable P&W engines through analysis of engine operability, performance, and product usage.\n\nTrend fleet-wide performance and investigate anomalies.\n\nData Analytics\n\nPerform fielded engine event support and system analysis data review using field data sources.\n\nProvide technical guidance for PW1900G/PW1500G airline customers.\n\nSupport data analytics initiatives utilizing field data sources and big data tools\n\nLead and support engineering Root Cause investigations (e.g. part failure) through use of event data, fleet usage data and aero-thermal models.\n\nGenerate and communicate technical presentations and reviews to key program stakeholders and customers.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nBS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)\n\nFluent in English (verbal/written) \n\nWork schedule: Hybrid, working alternately in-office and remotely.\n\nStrong teamwork and communication skills.\n\nA passion for aerospace and eagerness to learn.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience in the Aerospace industry (min 2 years in MRO environment)\n\nPractical knowledge of engine hardware and system level design\n\nExperience in Programming and Data Analytics / Data Visualization tools (C++, Python, MATLAB, etc)\n\nExperience in communicating with internal and external customers.\n\nKnowledge of engine performance and operability concepts\n\nKnowledge of component aerodynamics, air systems, heat transfer & secondary flow.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\n\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\n\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\n\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\n\nCompetitive renumeration package.\n\nAllowance and overtime benefits where appliable.\n\nCompany transport provided.
