Must have experience with UK office assets.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nPraxis Group is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Associate Director with capital markets experience and a strong understanding of the UK office sector to join our growing Capital Markets and Portfolio Management team.\nThis is an exciting time to join Praxis. We are one of the most active acquirers of regional office assets in the UK, with an ambitious growth strategy and an expanding portfolio.\nOur Capital Markets team sits at the centre of this activity, working across acquisitions, financing, fundraising, investor relations and asset-level business plan execution.\nThis is a senior, broad-ranging role offering exposure to the full investment lifecycle. You'll work closely with investors, external lenders, finance and asset management teams, helping drive investment decisions and maximise returns across the portfolio.\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong financial and analytical skills with commercial judgement, initiative and the confidence to take ownership. Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be an advantage as the team continues to grow.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInvestor Relations & Fundraising\nBuild and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors through regular communication and meetings.\nSupport fundraising initiatives, including preparing investor presentations and exploring new sources of capital.\nAnalyse portfolio performance and communicate key asset management initiatives and investment recommendations.\n\nInvestor Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare quarterly investor reports covering asset performance, business plan progress, risks and opportunities.\nProduce and review market updates covering capital markets and relevant UK property sector activity.\nDevelop financial analysis and investment materials to support investor discussions and commercial decisions.\n\nFund & Portfolio Management\nOversee asset-level cash flow models and provide financial insight to support investment decisions.\nWork with asset management teams to assess leasing strategies, capital expenditure, disposals and other value-enhancement opportunities.\nIdentify initiatives to improve asset performance and maximise investor returns.\nWork with finance on portfolio valuations and debt covenant compliance.\nSupport debt origination, acquisition financing and refinancing, while managing relationships with external lenders.\n\nTeam Development\nContribute to the continued growth of the Capital Markets and Portfolio Management function.\nTake ownership of projects and process improvements, with opportunities to support and mentor colleagues.\n\nKey Skills & Experience\nAt least 8 years' experience in real estate capital markets, real estate private equity or a closely related investment environment.\nA strong understanding of UK commercial real estate, particularly the office sector.\nExcellent financial modelling, Excel and analytical skills.\nStrong commercial judgement and the ability to turn financial analysis into clear, practical recommendations.\nExperience in investor relations, fundraising, debt financing or lender management would be beneficial.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with investors and senior stakeholders.\nA proactive, independent approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nPrevious leadership, mentoring or team development experience is desirable.\n\nWhy Join Praxis?\n\nPraxis is a privately owned, vertically integrated UK real estate investment and management group.
