This role leads a team of 5-10 employees, supports product development schedules, and works across departments to ensure designs meet customer needs, quality expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nGo to our website to apply: PRC-Saltillo Careers\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nLeadership Opportunity:Lead, mentor, and coach a team of hardware and mechanical engineering professionals.\nProduct Impact:Help guide products from initial specifications through production-ready design.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product, Compliance, Testing, Service, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.\nContinuous Improvement:Help strengthen engineering processes while maintaining a strong focus on product quality and reliability.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nLeads, mentors, and coaches members of the hardware and mechanical engineering team.\nWorks with other departments to define new product specifications and provide feedback on technical feasibility and timelines.\nOrganizes team priorities to support product development schedules.\nPartners with Compliance to ensure product designs and changes meet applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, CE, and FCC requirements.\nEnsures new products and product changes are properly documented and communicated to Manufacturing.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in a related engineering field required; four or more years of equivalent experience will be considered.\nFive years of supervisory or management experience required, preferably in Engineering.\nFamiliarity with mechanical design principles required;
