A high school diploma or equivalent with significant relevant professional experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nMinimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment required.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on SharePoint Online administration, engineering, or solution-design experience required.\nMinimum 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID required.\nMinimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Purview information protection, retention, Data Loss Prevention, audit, eDiscovery, or records management required.\nMinimum 3 years of experience planning or executing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, file-share, or collaboration-platform migrations required.\nMinimum 2 years of experience designing and supporting Power Automate workflows and SharePoint-integrated Power Platform solutions required.\nRequired Skills/Abilities\nAdvanced knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, site architecture, permissions, sharing, metadata, content types, document management, search, and lifecycle governance.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Purview, and related service dependencies.\nWorking knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, role-based access control, guest access, and least privilege.\nProficiencywith PowerShell;
