Responsibilities\nProvide strategic leadership to the regional team to support company objectives, sales and revenue goals, key performance metrics, and pipeline growth.\nEstablish and monitor individual and team revenue targets, goals, and quarterly priorities.\nCoach, motivate, mentor, and develop regional team members.\nPromote a consultative, customer-centric sales approach throughout the region.\nAssess customer, consultant, and regional market needs and contribute to the development and improvement of best practices, processes, and tools.\nEnsure staff receive effective training and follow applicable company policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements.\nBuild collaborative relationships internally and externally and assist regional staff with resolving customer concerns.\nSupport regional forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and training initiatives.\nParticipate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new regional team members.\nComplete performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and other team administrative responsibilities.\nRepresent PRC-Saltillo at conferences and regional events as needed.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Business, or a related field required.\nThree or more years of relevant work experience required.\nAt least one year of management experience or an equivalent combination of leadership or project management experience required.\nExperience within the AAC industry preferred.\nGeneral knowledge of medical device funding is ideal.\nDemonstrated success in consultative selling preferred.\nRequired Skills/Abilities\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team toward
