experience from hands-on quality checks and production incidents.\nConnect with site teams and suppliers to learn end-to-end delivery and grow your construction network.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n\nProduction & Process\n\nPlan and follow daily production schedules to meet output and delivery targets.\n\nSet up moulds, monitor batching and curing parameters, and ensure materials match specifications.\n\nRecord production data, cycle times and material usage to keep forecasts accurate.\n\nCoordinate with purchasing to flag material shortfalls and suggest schedule adjustments.\n\nQuality & Safety\n\nPerform routine inspections for dimensions, surface finish and strength, and document nonconformances.\n\nCollect and assist with compressive strength testing and maintain test records.\n\nEnforce site safety rules and report hazards, following local regulations and company procedures.\n\nSupport quality audits and help implement corrective actions that reduce rework.\n\nMaintenance & Support\n\nCoordinate preventive maintenance and basic repairs for mixers, moulds and curing equipment.\n\nWork with technicians to troubleshoot mechanical or process faults and reduce downtime.\n\nTrain operators on correct handling, lifting and inspection checkpoints to keep output consistent.\n\nHelp implement small improvements to reduce waste and improve line efficiency.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree, Civil, Building Construction or related field.\n\nPractical exposure from internships, final year projects or industrial training in manufacturing or construction is a plus.\n\nWillingness to work on our plant in Pontian.\n\nHard Skills & Knowledge\n\nBasic understanding of concrete technology, mix design and curing behaviour relevant to precast products.\n\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing tools and ability to read technical drawings.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel for logging production data and simple analysis.\n\nSoft Skills & Qualities\n\nGood problem solving and attention to detail when inspecting products and processes.\n\nClear communicator who can work well with shop floor teams and translate technical needs into actions.\n\nProactive learner who accepts feedback and prioritises safety in a hands-on environment.\n\nTeam player with the ability to manage time and
