We believe that a diverse set of minds will continue to contribute to our innovative culture and our ability to reinvent ourselves constantly. \n\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING \nManagement of our clients’ paid search and/or paid social accounts, including continuous optimization, analysis, and strategy.\n\nAnalyzing customer behavior and marketing performance using Google Sheets, Google Analytics and SQL, combined with insights from the ad platforms.\n\nDevising strategies and tactics to increase the growth and value of our client's online marketing investments.\n\nIdentifying and implementing relevant industry changes and innovations.\n\nProject management and client interaction.\n\nContinuously learn and master the latest technologies and techniques in our industry.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\n\nOngoing studies within business administration, information systems, computer science, economics, statistics, digital marketing or similar.\n\nAn enthusiasm to work with digital marketing based on passion, practical experience, and curiosity.\n\nLove of data - strong analytical and numerical skills, including a good report with Google Sheets.\n\nA friendly personality with good collaboration skills, plenty of ambitions, and a desire to become a real expert in digital marketing.\n\nThe ability to grasp and use technology platforms and systems.\n\n(Preferred) Experience or knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads and Google Analytics.\n\n(Preferred) Experience or skills in programming, scripting, or coding.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nYou can read our full offering in our handbook.\nAn intense learning environment where you will be able to grow and develop your skills and passions alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.\n\nA culture that is built on collaboration, trust and innovation.
