Take a look!\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING \nEngineering & Platform Development\nDesign, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using TypeScript and Node.js\n\nBuild and maintain full-stack solutions, including user interfaces using React and Next.js\n\nDevelop and operate cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform, working with services such as Cloud Run, Datastore/Firestore, and other common GCP components\n\nContribute to internal platforms and tooling that enable large-scale creative production, automation, and custom workflows\n\nEnsure solutions are designed and implemented with strong security-first principles, cloud infrastructure security, supply chain security, and data protection standard operating procedures.\n\nWork with Git as part of a collaborative development workflow, including code reviews and shared ownership of codebases\n\nParticipate in documentation and knowledge sharing to support long-term maintainability of systems\n\nSolution Design, Automation & Innovation\nTranslate creative and operational needs into robust and secure technical solutions\n\nHelp design and evolve systems that support creative automation, with a strong focus on exploring and applying AI in thoughtful, secure, and production-grade ways where it creates real value\n\nCollaborate closely with other engineers, creative technologists, and stakeholders within Creative, such as designers and strategists.\n\nContinuously improve existing systems through iteration, refactoring, security patching, and technical curiosity\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR \nCore requirements\nProfessional experience as a software engineer at an intermediate level (L2 within our internal leveling framework)\n\nStrong fundamentals in TypeScript and backend development using Node.js\n\nExperience building and maintaining full-stack applications, including frontend development with React and Next.js\n\nExperience building and operating backend services, APIs, and/or data pipelines in production\n\nExperience working with Google Cloud Platform\n\nA solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, secure coding practices, access management, and resilient system design\n\nExperience working with Git in a team-based development environment\n\nAbility to work independently on tasks while collaborating effectively with others\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience with Python\n\nExperience working with Figma, including building or supporting plugins and workflows\n\nExperience with ExtendScript or development for creative tools such as After Effects\n\nExperience with JavaScript bundlers such as Webpack, Esbuild, or similar tools\n\nFamiliarity with node-based automation systems such as n8n\n\nFamiliarity with information security frameworks or regulatory standards, or general cloud security best practices)\n\nExposure to automation systems, AI-enabled solutions, or large-scale production pipelines\n\nInterest in creative technology, digital advertising, or understanding what makes effective creative\n\nCuriosity and an innovation mindset - especially around using technology thoughtfully rather than following trends\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nYou can read our full offering in our handbook.\nAn 11 month fixed-term contract.\n\nAn intense learning environment where you will be able to grow and develop your skills and passions alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.\n\nA culture that is built on collaboration, trust and innovation.
