You will nurture their craft, conduct regular 1:1 check-ins, and foster an environment where continuous learning, trust, and team spirit thrive.\n\nRaise the Delivery Bar: Set and uphold the standard of excellence for our media execution across the team, ensuring consistent, top-tier quality across campaign setup, ongoing optimisation, and strategic reporting.\n\nOrchestrate Resources & Workflows: Direct the team’s workload using modern delivery workflows and tooling, pairing the right talent with the right client projects to maximise both impact and work satisfaction.\n\nStrategic Client Engagement: Step into key client collaborations and high-stakes projects to advise on sophisticated media setups, unlock new growth opportunities, and provide senior strategic guidance.\n\nDrive Media Innovation: Keep a close pulse on platform updates, emerging ad formats, and automated workflows. You will champion new ways of working and translate shifting industry trends into practical solutions for our clients and teams.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR \nDeep Media Craft: 5+ years of experience within the digital marketing ecosystem. Extensive hands-on and strategic expertise across digital media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic), coupled with a strong grasp of channel synergies and full-funnel activation.\n\nOperational Acumen: Skilled in workload planning, resource allocation, and project management. You know how to create order, solve delivery bottlenecks, and keep client work humming smoothly.\n\nTrusted Strategic Advisor: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; you are comfortable presenting clear, strategic narratives to senior stakeholders and C-level clients alike.\n\nConstructive Feedback & Quality Focus: You know what outstanding media execution looks like, how to deliver constructive feedback with empathy, and how to rally a team around high delivery standards.\n\nForward-Thinking Curiosity: A proactive interest in modern marketing technologies, automation, and the evolving digital media landscape.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in written and spoken English.\n\n[Preferred] People Leadership Mindset: A genuine passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative team culture.
