In our Handbook, you can get a neat summary of who we are, our culture and our offices.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING \nWork on programmatic operations for a portfolio of clients.\n\nIndependently execute and optimize digital marketing tactics, ensuring they are aligned with the set strategic direction.\n\nHandle day-to-day operational tasks across marketing platforms, including setup, optimization, and reporting, to ensure high-quality execution and optimal performance.\n\nAnalyze data to uncover trends and insights to make sure that all of our tactical decisions and continuous improvement efforts are data-driven.\n\nImplement testing initiatives, analyze results, and make optimization recommendations to improve performance.\n\nProvide clients with clear and structured insights into ongoing activities and deliver actionable recommendations.\n\nCollaborate closely with the team to integrate learnings into the overall success of client experience and delivery.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR \n1-4 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.\n\nExposure to, or a strong interest in, Programmatic/DV360.\n\nHands-on experience in Paid Social, complemented by a fundamental understanding of Paid Search including Google Ads.\n\nTechnical insight to identify and resolve operational or platform-related issues, ensuring smooth execution of digital activities.\n\nStrong capability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and derive actionable, data-driven insights to enhance digital efforts.\n\nAbility to develop hypotheses and conduct tests to inform continuous improvement practices.\n\nEffective communication skills for engaging with clients on operational aspects and contributing to strategic conversations.\n\nProficiency in Danish.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nYou can read our full offering in our handbook.\nAn intense learning environment where you will be able to grow and develop your skills and passions alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.\n\nA culture that is built on collaboration, trust and innovation.
