มีประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ (Business Process Mapping) โดยเฉพาะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
มีความเข้าใจใน Business Processes (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing)
มีประสบการณ์ในการ Implementing or Supporting ERP Systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
มีทักษะในการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัล และ/หรือ AI เพื่อสร้าง Tools ต่างๆ เช่น Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) หรือ RPA
