You will have learning and growth opportunities to realize your full potential.\nCore Responsibilities\nSupport day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing) with a collaborative mindset\nCollaborate with team members to maintain open communication and learn how to anticipate challenges and contribute to solutions\nAssist with Workfront tasks, including project setup, tracking and reporting while building familiarity with project setup (planned hours) and processes\nSupports programs totaling $1M-$2M. Learn what critical questions to ask, proper alternatives, and possible solutions\nCareer & Relationship Development\nParticipate in onboarding and training sessions to learn agency processes, systems, and best practices for project management\nEngage in mentorship opportunities with senior team members to build foundational skills and confidence in managing projects\nCollaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to a positive, team-first environment\nEngage in mentorship and training to build PM craft and tool proficiency\nQualifications:\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred\nExperience:\n1 plus years of experience in a professional environment, preferred\nHealthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience a plus\nSkills:\nExperience in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system\nCompetencies:\nCollaboration - Works effectively with diverse teams, sharing ideas, and contributing to shared goals\nAdaptability - Adjusts to new tools, market changes, and shifting priorities calmly and effectively\nInitiative - Takes proactive steps to accomplish tasks, meet objectives with managerial support\nAccountability - Takes ownership of work, delivers high-quality results, and follows through on commitments\nPrecision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
