Precision AQ is seeking a Reporting Analyst to help produce routine and ad hoc commercial operations reporting. This individual will work closely with Commercial Operations Leadership to produce reports and analysis regarding forecasting, pipeline management, analytics, and commercial KPIs.

This role reports to the Manager of Sales Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Produce and deliver timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the commercial pipeline and KPIs.
  • Produce and deliver ad hoc reporting upon request from Sales Operations leadership.
  • Contribute as needed to commercial projects by providing needed reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation regarding reporting and business intelligence
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Sales Operations
  • Produce and deliver recurring commercial reporting including weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and KPI dashboards.
  • Develop and fulfil ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain Salesforce data quality, identifying and escalating inconsistencies, missing data, and pipeline hygiene issues that impact reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze pipeline health and forecasting metrics, including stage progression, opportunity aging, conversion rates, and attainment trends, to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives by improving dashboards, streamlining data processes, and enhancing reporting efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects and business reviews, including executive presentations, QBRs, territory analysis, and operational initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving, growth-oriented environments
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and large dataset analysis.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, KPI reporting, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level data governance, reporting accuracy, and data compliance best practices.

Preferred Education & Experience (optional):

  • Life Sciences experience preferred Or equivalent combination of education, professional training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
  • cAdvanced Salesforce CRM reporting and dashboard design.
  • Strong Power BI development skills, including data modeling and report optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively support remote stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to support reporting requests across multiple time zones.
  • Process improvement and automation mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and scalability.
